假油事件像滾雪球般越滾越大，行政院衛生福利部部長邱文達坦言，去年已經發現大統的油品疑似有標示不實情形，懷疑不只大統一家造假，但衛福部卻沒有進一步作為，讓有問題的油品繼續在市面上販售，其中是否有公務人員涉嫌包庇、瀆職，台北地檢署已經開始展開了解。
