（中央社華盛頓21日綜合外電報導）一名美國官員說，遭北韓監禁的美國觀光客佛爾（Jeffrey Fowle），今天獲釋後接受醫生健康檢查，健康情況似乎「良好」。

美國國務院發言人哈夫（Marie Harf）證實56歲的佛爾搭乘五角大廈的飛機返國，稍早在關島降落，但她拒絕說明佛爾何時回到美國大陸。

北韓釋放佛爾的條件，是美國將他載離北韓。官員們表示，美國國務院依據時間表提供交通工具。

美聯社報導，哈夫也表示，華盛頓仍在嘗試營救另外兩名遭北韓監禁的美國人，即裴俊虎（Kenneth Bae）和米勒（Matthew Miller）。

美聯社記者今天在平壤國際機場看到美國政府飛機。

佛爾是美國俄亥俄州邁阿密堡（Miamisburg）街道修理工，5月因在北韓東北部清津市（Chongjin）飯店洗手間留下1本聖經而遭逮捕。

立場親平壤的日本「朝鮮新報」（Chosun Sinbo）報導，佛爾有意在造訪清津市期間秘密傳布聖經，他的家人則否認他當時是在從事教會活動。(中央社)
