新北創「不老警師」　分享經驗助成長

新北市警察局首創「不老警師」，找來50任退休警察到各大派出所擔任志工，用豐富的經驗指點後進，提升警方戰力能更進一步提升服務品質。昨晚8時許，不老警師洪政宏前往永和分局秀朗派出所分享經驗，不少工作遇到瓶頸的警員提出問題，都被他輕鬆解決，場面十分熱絡。
 
洪政宏曾任職臺北市政府警察局松山分局民有派出所副所長，退休後目前仍在4所派出所內擔任志工，每周二18至21時至永和分局秀朗所擔任警察志工及從警經驗分享，每星期三及星期四分別於北市警局東社、民有及中崙派出所擔任志工。(李俊淇／新北報導)
