看所有權狀寫多少就是多少了！不是看室內的尺寸，

房屋寫的尺寸是兩面牆壁的中心到中心，

帶身分證去地政事務所申請 建物測量成果圖，那一樣也不是寫室內的尺寸，

所以若不是邊間的話，牆壁如果是20公分，在你的土地範圍內，左右公家牆各佔掉10公分，

假設房屋面寬5米的，扣掉牆壁厚度，大蓋室內最寬處也是4.8米吧，

所以你看建物的所有權狀，再對照預售屋的契約，如果權狀的數字比契約的數字小，再找建商找補。

不過賣成屋的也一樣不是跟客戶說室內尺寸，看房子需要拿鐵捲尺自己量看看，

預售屋也一樣，用尺量看看等比例的樣品屋，

如果號稱5米面寬的樣品屋，用尺量到室內也是5米的話，那就是騙人的囉！

因為蓋好是絕對不可能室內5米，

所以如果去找工地主任看房子的話，就會常聽到像「心心5米」這種詞。
