【短片】撇監聽共犯　江揆：一開始沒看譯文

【何哲欣／台北報導】民進黨立委陳亭妃上午質詢行政院長江宜樺時，質疑檢察總長黃世銘得知立法院長疑似關說，竟直接向總統馬英九報告，這是越級，跳過行政院長。江揆答詢指出，黃認為涉案層級高，因此向總統報告，但不是所有部會首長跟總統報告，都叫越級報告，這太嚴重，總統也會跟部長聊天講話，院長也可以跟部會的司、處長聊天講話，在行政體系不是不可以。

陳亭妃也質疑，該案尚未簽結，黃世銘就陸續馬與江揆報告，馬江還參與內容討論，是整個監聽案的共犯。江揆說，一開始並未看到監聽譯文，只有聽馬英九轉述大略案情，之後黃找他報告，他有提醒黃，能不能報告，黃說這跟行政督導有關，但什麼時候會簽結，不是那次討論的重點。
