標題[請益] 彰化芬園圖書館前的新建案

前幾天經過的時候，突然發現芬園的成功路多了一排新房子(正在蓋) 美輪美煥的，上次打聽了一下，施工人員說是地主與建商合作蓋的房子 已經賣到剩下二戶了(會是銷售手法嗎？)， 不曉得有沒有人了解這個建案的，譬如說 成交價大約落於什麼價位 有沒有什麼優缺點，還有建商的信譽之類的，供小弟作個參考。 如果有人認識建商或是有研究過此案的，再麻煩給個資訊。 謝謝各位熱情的彰化板友!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.160.107.203
