標題[問題] 合約到期未停止使用 ??

今天去繳費說我沒用半年的門號還有費用，想說九月到期，這門號是我五月就都沒在用了 ，只是乖乖繳到合約結束。 但後面我才知道手機並非合約到期就會自動解除。現在要我補繳，我不願意，客服也不願 意先停止合約，說要繳清才可以停，我已經沒用繳了好幾個月，都沒有任何人告知，當下 整個傻眼。 後來查詢網路新聞判例是有機會申訴，是不需要繳費的，客服也持續跟我跳針租房子理論 ，我直接嗆明我就是房仲，講什麼鬼屁虎爛人，當下越來越火，連應盡告知義務都不懂， 跟我扯什麼租房子的東西。 現在是想請教單以這個判例有沒有機會免在負擔額外的金額? 已經完全沒使用多繳好幾個 月還硬要跟我收。 另外現在寄存證信函先單方面告知我已經對門號使用有疑問，將來拖下去萬一敗訴也只會 算到今天，這種方式可行否? 手機排版以及第一次遇到這種事情，爬文沒有爬到合適例子，又或者是不知道關鍵字，請 多包含。 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 39.12.166.12 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/MobileComm/M.1418914781.A.ECE.html
