為打造一個讓民眾安心又健康的城市，彰化縣政府18日在校園啟動「喝水保健康、安心AED-健康」活動。縣府花費千萬打造安心場所認證校園，在全縣國中、小學校均設置AED設備，及汰換270台老舊飲水機，讓全縣學童均有解渴又安全的飲用水，共同為學生們的健康把關。

在卓伯源縣長多年施政中，對教育的經費挹注和付出已經開花結果，其中包含最基本的學校設施充實、營養午餐提供、閱讀教育推廣及學生品德教育提升等，皆是建構優質教育的基礎。

另外，為讓學童們養成健康運動好習慣，推行健康自主管理85210健康密碼，讓學子每天有8小時充足睡眠、天天五蔬果、每天使用3C產品時間不過時、每天30分鐘運動、不喝含糖飲料等的，縣府並補助全縣學校汰換270台老舊飲水機，讓全縣學童均有解渴又健康的白開水可飲用。

同時，卓伯源縣長並頒發表揚縣內4所學校參加103年衛生福利部及教育部共同辦理的健康促進學校國際認證，獲獎的大西國小榮獲銀質獎、培英國小榮獲銅質獎、水尾國小及漢寶國小通過國際認證的學校。
