AVON賄賂強國貪官　遭美證監罰41億

全球最大的化妝品直銷商雅芳（AVON）中國公司昨承認行賄，雅芳同意支付1.35億美元(約41億台幣)，就相關民事和刑事指控達成和解。和解款項有一半是刑事罰款，另一半是和美國證券交易委員會（SEC）提出的民事指控有關的和解費。

路透與澎湃新聞網報導，雅芳首席法律顧問Jeff Benjamin在曼哈頓聯邦法院聽證會上承認，2004年至2008年期間，雅芳中國的高層及員工曾向中國政府官員送禮，且未在會計記錄中准確反映相關費用。

他說：「雅芳中國在這方面做錯了，違反其自身的政策，也違反雅芳總公司的政策。」（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
