其實不知道該po在房地產版還是投資版

最近為了房屋修繕, 釘牆壁之類的鳥事跟房東喬來喬去

真的好煩阿, 租屋族的辛酸... 弄個小東西都要跟房東報備, kimochi整個不爽

之前也考慮過買下租屋處

不過目前租屋處年租金大約17萬, 手上投資組合的年獲利可以cover, 甚至還有剩

基本上可以當作租屋不花錢

房東是4年前特地買來出租的, 粗估當時入手價大概在820~860萬

當時OS: (傻子, 800多萬的房子月租14000, 笨蛋才會買...)

結果現在市價1200萬...

魯蛇雖然是鍵盤空頭, 從四年前就開始靠邀房價靠邀的現在了

但我也不希望買了之後房價跌, 人都是自私的呀

掐指算算買了之後每年房價要持續漲5%以上才不會虧

那以現在的情勢, 股市大好, 房市大好, 資金在手上可任意調度

板上大大建議怎麼操作呢?

小弟也沒迫切買屋需求, 只是覺得租屋有點煩哈
