惡意阻擋救護車！「奇蹟大師」賴俊吉依妨礙公務罪起訴！

涉嫌開白色保時捷阻擋救護車長達40秒的「奇蹟大師」賴俊吉，今（16）日遭檢察官依妨礙公務罪提起公訴，假如法官判刑確定，賴俊吉最高可被求處三年有期徒刑。

這起白色保時捷阻擋救護車的事件，發生在3月10日上午。網友上傳的「救命不能等！惡劣保時捷駕駛阻擋救護車」影片中，可以看到救護車行經台中市文心和向上南路口時，要載送一名車禍受傷的女騎士就醫，當時路口遇到紅燈，救護車行駛內線車道，卻被由賴俊吉駕駛白色的保時捷阻擋去路，約莫擋了40多秒。

警方根據車牌循線調查，查到車主是被稱為「奇蹟大師」的賴俊吉，不過當時賴俊吉卻稱說當天開車的並不是他，而是洗車店的的員工，但就在3月13日下午3時，賴俊吉卻主動撥電話到派出所，向警方坦承，「自己記錯時間，當時開車的就是他。」

根據《蘋果日報》報導，全案後經移送台中地檢署，不過賴依舊堅稱當時並沒有聽到救護車的警笛聲，以及擴音器請求禮讓的要求，但檢察官認為當時聲音極大，不可能聽不到，賴俊吉明顯是惡意阻擋救護車，且又不斷狡辯試圖推卸責任，因此對賴依妨礙公務罪提起公訴，假如法官判刑確定，賴俊吉最高可被求處三年有期徒刑。
