E415383a73e7dc908f62e8ec708d360b 你能想像在 Andriod 裝置跑 iOS 才有的 App 嗎？透過研究生的努力，這件事變成可能。六位哥倫比亞大學資訊所的研究生，近日發表論文《Cider: Native Execution of iOS Apps on Android》，提出 Cider 這套作業系統相容架構，能夠讓不同平台的 App 在同一作業系統運作，並且將實際運作影片放上 YouTube。


Cider 在其實驗室計畫說明，說到 Cider 是一套作業系統相容架構，能夠讓針對不同作業系統撰寫的 App，像是 iOS 或者 Android，能夠順利運作。使用 Cider 允許在不必修改 App 的情形下，讓 該 App 在非原生作業系統運作。

目前 Cider 只是原型，仍有不少待改進處。像是如果 App 用到手機的硬體，像是鏡頭、GPS、藍牙，通常不大能用。Cider 以研究計畫的方式做出來，未來會不會有後續改進仍未確認，但卻為未來可能的跨平台可能性打開商業可能。
