外交部長林永樂今（16）日表示，越南政府立即採取一切必要手段，完全平息各地對台灣工廠暴力破壞、恢復秩序，並賠償台商所有損失，不過越南駐台代表裴仲雲則不願對賠償問題做出具體回應，僅對台商因暴動引發恐慌一事，「我個人對此表達遺憾道歉」。

林永樂今日下午與越南駐台代表裴仲雲共同召開記者會，林永樂說，越南政府應該充分保障台商人身及財產安全，並要求越南政府向我方道歉，儘速從嚴懲罰不法份子、賠償台商所有損失。

至於未來是否要跟其他國家一起向越南政府求償或另有制裁措施，林永樂說，都在研擬中，政府會全力協助台商。

裴仲雲則說，看到近日來有些小部分破壞的非法份子闖入越南部分工業區，破壞、燒毀台商工廠搶奪財產，造成台灣企業的嚴重損失，引發台商恐慌，「我個人對此表達遺憾道歉」。

裴仲雲說，在越南當地發生的暴力事件不是針對台灣，至於國人關心的賠償部分，還要進一步研擬。
