托育人員資格從嚴　最快年底前實施

【唐鎮宇╱台北報導】衛生福利部日前通過修正辦法，刪除現行只要修畢「托育專業人員訓練課程」就可擔任托育機構托育人員的規定，未來將僅限高中職以上幼保、家政、護理相關科系畢業或擁有保母技術士證照者才可擔任托育員，新制最快年底前實施。

衛福部表示，考量托育機構收托的2歲以下嬰幼兒人數較居家式托育來得更多，托育人員資格須採較嚴格標準，決定修改「兒童及少年福利機構專業人員資格及訓練辦法」，刪除光受訓就可擔任托育人員的規定。初估約有4、5百人因政策修訂需重新考照，將給予這部分人員1年緩衝期，在新規定上路1年內，這些取得受訓結業資格的托育員仍可繼續任職。
