淑女車更換曲柄請教

家中的淑女車最近因為輪胎沒氣，自己倒了下來
然後不曉得是不是傷到踏板還是曲柄
騎起來右腳總覺得怪怪的，右腳隨著不同角度會左右搖晃
估計是曲柄或踏板彎掉了

所以想要自己更換曲柄跟踏板
其實有點想把這台車的大盤加大
只是這種淑女車的鏈蓋好像很難買到適合的尺寸就是了
所以應該還是會只換曲柄的部分

早上出門時拍了幾張照片




想請教一下拆這種曲柄，需要哪些工具呢？
是不是下面這種工具就可以呢？

賣家的描述是 四方軸/花軸兩用，適用於16mm開口扳手和15mm套筒
