寶島行善團 楠西蓋幸福小站

台南德蘭啟智中心為個案向台灣寶島行善義工團申請起厝，義工輾轉發現，德蘭將服務觸角深入楠西關懷弱勢老人，需要一座家園，「怎不叫我們來蓋？」進而促成百位義工走入偏鄉，預計花5個周末完成「幸福小站」。

德蘭啟智中心主任楊美華說，德蘭過去服務心智障礙孩子，但她有感於所有社會問題源頭來自家庭，近年將服務觸角擴及資源貧瘠的偏鄉，以楠西來說，老年人口占19％，過去，德蘭靠到宅服務關心這些老人，若能在當地設立家園，服務將更到位。

她也感謝義工團看見長期在偏遠山區的德蘭，正在楠西為許多弱勢家庭的需求而努力，以行動支持德蘭促成「楠西幸福小站」。她說，幸福小站是利用天主教會老舊建築物，因該處年久失修，亟需徹底改造。

義工團常務理事尤瑞豊說，成員全非專業背景，過去蓋民宅居多，這次難度頗高，一來須結合無障礙空間概念，再者也希望房子可以使用至少30年，場勘研究多次才底定雛形，總經費高達285萬，感謝小英基金會贊助。
