富味鄉董事陳瑞禮增列被告！　100萬元交保

彰化地檢署檢察官25日再到芳苑富味鄉工廠調查，並約談富味鄉常務董事陳瑞禮，直到晚間8點多才結束，並將陳瑞禮以違反《食品衛生管理法》摻偽行為，裁定一百萬元交保。檢察官黃智勇表示，25日增列常務董事陳瑞禮為被告，並確認犯罪期間從98年10月開始，不法所得約1億元。

大統油事件爆發後，捲入油品風波的富味鄉遭新北市衛生局踢爆謊言，且重罰800萬元，股價重挫32.82%，董事長陳文南24日召開重大訊息坦言，各部門在統計棉籽油相關資料時有誤，是內部嚴重疏失，並不是惡意；這起事件造成消費者、客戶及社會大眾不安，深表歉意。

檢方指出，陳瑞禮坦承從2009年10月起，就以黃麻油摻入公司三種黑麻油產品當中，獲利上億元；另富味鄉陳文南及陳瑞禮兩兄弟也向檢察官提出，願意以市價1.6億到2億元的房產當作擔保，並提供房產權狀影本，檢方將在下週一進行查扣處分。
