[請問] 倒閣後幹嘛解散立法院？

標題[請問] 倒閣後幹嘛解散立法院？

最近在讀行政相關書籍時 有提到若立法委員三分之一以上連署 即可對行政院長提出不信任案 半數通過後 行政院長就要辭職 也就是倒閣 但行政院長辭職後同時呈請總統解散立法院 這裡我有問題 倒完閣後幹嘛要順便解散立法院？ 有什麼必要嗎 還是說這是行政院長離開後的報復？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 59.104.122.200 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ask/M.1414317603.A.B20.html
