買中古車可以帶專業技師去嗎??

因第一次要買中古車, 怕踩到地雷或是買到事故車, 想請問一下:
1.可以帶專業技師去一起看車嗎??
2.同1, 可以到外面維修廠去將車吊起看底部狀況嗎?
3.第三方的檢驗是否真的有效??真的能看出那些不良?
4.是否有專業技師真的可以出差去幫看車況???並提供意見的??
且真的敢說真話,不怕得罪中古車商的??
