農曆春節將至，總統府今（14）日正式公布「三陽如意祥雲」羊年福袋設計樣式，祝福國人在新的一年喜氣洋洋、萬事如意。
　　
總統府表示，今年福袋設計以三隻羊所組成的如意祥雲紋飾為主軸，羊年時常用三隻羊表示吉利，取其諧音「三陽」，象徵春天的開始。而三隻羊圖像狀若祥雲，羊角捲曲則似如意，呈現「三陽如意祥雲」圖騰，有著三陽開泰、吉祥如意的意涵。
　　
總統府指出，此次福袋封面印有「吉羊如意」祝福語及吉羊開運印鑑，內頁則有總統親筆揮毫的「喜氣羊羊　民富國強」賀詞，並由總統與副總統共同署名，民眾亦可將福袋反折後站立，做為桌上擺飾之用，增添新年喜氣。
　　
總統府說，今年總統府共印製33萬5千份福袋，預計自農曆除夕起，由馬英九總統及吳敦義副總統於春節訪視行程中親自發送。總統府歡迎有興趣的民眾把握機會領取。
