馬英九總統探訪花蓮友人江美華

總統馬英九今天上午拜訪花蓮的民間友人江美華、媒體人王尚智母子；總統一下車，江美華立即上前，雙方溫情擁抱，王尚智提醒總統「今天是一個特別的日子、今天是情人節。」馬英九才似乎恍然大悟地「喔」了一聲；雙方互贈禮物，一起用餐約40分鐘。

餐會後，馬英九總統驅車趕往花蓮善牧兒童之家，並前往慈濟精舍拜訪證嚴法師。

王尚智會後表示，王媽媽江美華非常關心國民黨在九合一選舉大敗，對馬總統的影響，也非常關心馬總統的身體健康；而馬總統在餐會中表示，事實上，台灣去年的經濟表現很好，也是亞洲四小龍中表現最好的，今年看來也還不錯，未來的任期還有很多政策要推動。
