網約國一女做愛害懷孕　男賠錢認子遭判1年7個月

桃園一名鍾姓男子（22歲）前年5月間上網結識當時念國中一年級的女學生（15歲）後主動相約見面，鍾男明知當時女學生年僅13歲，竟先後在租屋處與女學生發生性關係3次；前年8月間，女學生肚子隆起，紙包不住火，家人得知後憤而提告，女學生也因而在去年3月28日產下一名男嬰。
 
鍾男事後深感悔悟，賠償女學生家屬達成40萬，認養女學生產下的男嬰，答應在女學生成年後娶回家，然因他與未滿14歲少女發生性關係觸犯妨害性自主罪，本刑為3年以上、10年以下有期徒刑，桃園地院審酌上情後，判處鍾男1年7月徒刑。（張沛森／桃園報導）
