澳洲央行將接棒降息？

過去一個月來，歐洲與亞洲各國央行接連放寬貨幣政策，如今外界普遍預期，澳洲央行將接棒採取寬鬆路線。

油價持續下挫加深通縮壓力，上個月包括丹麥、印度與新加坡等國央行都陸續採取貨幣寬鬆措施。

研究業者IG分析師威斯頓指出，從市場交易來看，許多人認為澳洲央行將會成為繼紐西蘭、歐洲、丹麥、瑞士與加拿大等國之後降息的國家。

根據利率交換合約，市場預期澳洲本周召開貨幣決策會議後宣布降息的機率達65%。澳洲央行自2013年8月起，一直維持基準利率在2.5%。

多數分析師預期，澳洲央行將會降息1碼，以因應失業率高達6%與鐵礦砂價格下滑的窘境。

另一方面，澳洲去年第4季年通膨率降至1.7%，是兩年多來最低。分析師說，這已足以讓央行開始評估降息，藉此提振經濟。
