商界領袖：菲南殺戮嚇跑投資人

（法新社菲律賓可塔巴托2日電） 菲律賓1名商界領袖今天表示，菲國南部屠殺案已對數十億披索的潛在投資構成風險。

莫洛國商業俱樂部（Bangsamoro Business Club）主席巴西岡（Mohamad Omar Pasigan）告訴法新社，菲律賓部隊和穆斯林叛軍爆發致命衝突後，至少3家有意與本地商人合夥的外國公司已擱置投資計畫。

菲國警察特別行動隊1月25日在南部民答那峨島（Mindanao Island）執行反恐任務失敗，折損44名成員，至少11名叛軍喪命。

巴西岡說：「對企圖獲利的商人而言，安全是首要之務…他們知道何時該承擔風險，何時該退出。」

他說：「他們願意來這裡投資時，卻發生這起反恐駁火事件。」

巴西岡說：「在房地產和農業部門，因槍戰而遭擱置的投資價值估計高達『數十億』披索。」（譯者：中央社劉文瑜）
