提供多元進修管道　康寧大學與陸軍8軍團簽署策略聯盟

康寧大學12/23上午，由董事長鈕廷莊、校長金榮勇率領學校一級主管與陸軍第8軍團指揮官何安繼中將等軍團幹部，共同出席簽訂策略聯盟。

策略聯盟提供官兵多元就學進修管道，並與國軍招募政策結合，期盼將康寧大學豐富的教學資源，提供給國軍官兵弟兄，嘉惠上進之青年學子，同時一起合作，宣導全民國防教育與募兵推廣，為國內現有募兵制管道加分。

康寧大學親善大使團，在學校中庭熱情迎接8軍團官兵弟兄，並由社團與甫獲得歌唱比賽冠軍之同學，帶來熱力十足與慷慨激昂的歌曲，將現場氣氛high到最高點，校長金榮勇與陸軍第8軍團指揮官何安繼中將簽訂策略聯盟意向書，並互贈紀念品，場面隆重盛大。
