機械車位跟平面車位的價值

我買房時絕對不考慮機械車位，再便宜 送我都不要

時間一長 不是廠商擺爛就是管委會擺爛，到時候就變不定時炸彈

故障的新聞比比皆是，車子毀了事小，家人的生命安全事大

現在房子比以前更多，選擇也更多，不需要委屈遷就

為了省那一百多萬換來每天提心吊膽完全不值得

投資一定有風險，申購前應詳閱官員財產申報書。
