艾奎諾三世露口風 無意連任

菲律賓總統艾奎諾三世今天暗示，不再爭取連任。

艾奎諾三世在馬卡蒂市出席菲律賓電子產業協會會議，被問及菲國如何在2016年以後延續經濟成長時，他說，「雖然有人希望我再做1任，但我不認為這是對的解決之道」。

他表示，世界上每個人都有自己的時間表，時候到了，就得去見造物主。

艾奎諾三世將於2016年卸任。

由於菲國近年來經濟表現亮麗，坊間出現希望艾奎諾三世連任的呼聲。今年8月中旬，艾奎諾三世透露競選連任的想法，但因菲律賓現行1987年憲法規定，總統任期6年，不得競選連任，因此引發熱議。

如果艾奎諾三世想要競選連任，就必須先修憲，然而多數民眾對於修憲缺乏信心，擔心立法人員假藉修憲之名自肥。

部份政治分析家認為，艾奎諾三世只是擔心成為跛腳總統，或是有其他政治考量，才放有意連任的風聲。

就如何在2016年以後延續經濟成長，艾奎諾三世今天呼籲與會者把票投給「對的候選人」，而不是靠炒作民粹吸票的。

觀察人士說，艾奎諾三世是否連任，除了牽動菲國現行改革措施能否延續之外，也可能影響菲律賓與中國大陸已近谷底的關係。(中央社)
