請快點通知使用台灣之星3G轉4G的用戶，
只要你升4G台灣之星會跟你收32元提早解約的費用，但重點是如果你沒有解約32元就被台灣之星吃掉了，因為用的每天還是要付錢。
台灣之星全省有幾百萬用戶如果每個門號吃掉32元，那請問他吃了多少錢?
