基北比序方案 全家盟抗議

基北區明年免試入學高中職超額比序的「量尺」爭議，教育部遲遲還未擺平，全國家長團體聯盟等團體今天到教育部抗議，希望教育部堅定立場，不能妥協。(陳映竹報導)

「納入量尺，混亂開始。」，全國家長團體聯盟、人本教育基金會等團體接連到立法院和教育部陳情抗議，就是希望教育部要有guts，不能核備基北區提出的明年免試入學超額比序方案。

基北區堅持把量尺分數放在第四比序順位，再比三等級四標示，但教育部規定量尺分數必須是在比無可比狀況下才能使用，雙方協調多次未果，全國十五個免試就學區只剩基北區的明年免試方案還沒定案。

全家盟副理事長謝國清強調，先比量尺分數將使多數考生陷入分分計較，呼籲教育部明確表明立場，拒絕台北市府的方案。

全家盟表示，教育部一旦讓步，會讓台北市府得逞，恐怕引發其他就學區跟進，十二年國教將名存實亡。
