味全明起辦賠償　退貨地點縮水遭非議

味全公司明天開始受理消費者退貨和補償，屏東陳先生抱怨原本可在各大銷售點和松青超市辦理問題商品退貨，但後來味全公告退貨地只限服務據點，感覺服務縮水沒誠意。

他說，日前他在某店面購買一瓶味全珍味肉醬罐，原本味全聲稱18項肉醬罐皆可在松青、各大銷售點和味全服務據點退貨，但22日官網公佈卻只限在味全服務據點退貨，「如果我在恆春怎麼辦」距離因素讓他感到很不方便。

味全公司服務專員曾小姐表示，退貨除了退還貨款外，還有3倍賠償金和500元損害賠償金，另因擔心交班和遺失現金，才會把限縮退貨地點為味全服務據點，退貨時間將近2個月直到12月底，民眾也可以委託親友辦理退貨。若有疑義可撥打0800021007專線洽詢。（洪振生／屏東報導）
