味全張教華：引起社會紛擾 抱歉自責

味全總經理張教華11日下午六點，在交易所召開記者會，表達味全深深的歉意、味全公司抱持絕對謙卑，誠擎向消費者股東與通路致歉。食安風暴更堅定味全食安改革決心。啟動食安品質再造工程，將從上到下每個環節與細節做到最好。

未來將會成立成安研究中心、原料進行二以上的溯源管理、下月成立雲林斗六的第二個分析實驗室，並建立產品生產履歷。

張教華並承諾無法溯源管理的原料不買，原料未自主驗證合格不用、未達出庫標準的產品不出，希望藉由以上三不政策，努力朝向消費者的期待與需求調整。藉由品質精進、提供天然健康，重新贏回消費者的信賴。
