味全食品晚間在證交所舉行重大訊息說明會，由總經理張教華（中）率領公司主管出席，對於油品事件造成消費者不安，深深鞠躬致歉，針對消費者發起抵制味全產品的部分，味全將進行全面品質再造，盼能全新贏回消費者的信任。
