預算有限需要組兩台電腦,請幫忙推薦

要幫老婆和她老妹組電腦但是預算有限一台大概+機殼是1萬左右

AMD是老婆妹妹的,用途大概就是打個報告.看個電影之類的,偶爾會玩玩老單機像是絕代雙驕之類的

INTEL是老婆的電腦,用途就是上上網.看看電影,偶爾我朋友來我家會用他的電腦一起打LOL或是D3,因為他現在那台電腦有張550TI想說延用
第一台升級機率不高,可能就是用到不能用直接在換新的,主機板是否可換成技嘉GA-F2A78M-DS2
第二台可能有機會升級CPU,還是CPU直接換I3或是一樣用G3420等之後比較有錢再換更高階的,主機板是否可換成技嘉B85M-D2V
請各位前輩幫忙推薦,品牌不拘...謝謝
