河南省伊川縣，洛伊快速通道伊川界的伊川北大門。大門外形是巨大的U形鋼架結構拱門，外觀為紅色。整個拱門呈向北傾倒之勢，兩端用方形支柱撐起，據稱，這個大門自2012年開建時就引來眾多網友吐槽質疑，有網友對其安全性表示質疑，堂堂正正的圓形拱門，如今搞成向北部傾倒，令人產生一種『傾斜倒了』的不愉快感覺。

根據人民網報導，因設計『雷人』，既像是一條紅腰帶，又酷似一個圈套，遭到網友虐稱：進出城要鑽褲腰帶！可以和央視的「大褲衩」、蘇州的「秋褲」媲美。而伊川縣農村公路管理所負責人認為，伊川北大門造型簡潔、氣勢恢宏、曲線優美，是一條連接歷史與未來的紐帶。

除了北大門的設計外，其造價也是網友們熱議的話題，有網友稱該大門投資1000萬元(以人民幣計價，以下同)，更有網友曝出其投資達2000萬元之巨。針對此事，有媒體記者先後聯繫了伊川縣政府辦公室、伊川縣交通局採訪，但上述部門工作人員均表示對此不知情。

此後，媒體記者再次聯繫伊川縣農村公路管理所及交通部門採訪。『可能也就五六百萬吧。』該負責人表示，建設北大門所需資金由企業捐助，大門投資最多不超過1000萬元，但具體數目他也『不太清楚』。
