菲律賓一家醫院由於一名嬰兒不停地哭鬧，護士用膠帶封住他的嘴，菲國衛生部已經展開調查。

這件事發生在菲律賓「宿霧市」，當地一對夫妻他們的嬰兒出生一星期，因為感染肺炎，他們把男嬰送到醫院治療。報導沒有說明，這個男嬰住院住了幾天，只說這對夫妻到醫院看望男嬰時，發現他的嘴被人用膠帶粘住。

醫院護士說，這名嬰兒不停地哭鬧，她只好把嬰兒嘴巴用膠帶黏上。

嬰兒的父母把嬰兒嘴巴被膠帶粘上的畫面，用手機拍下放在臉書上，並且提出申訴。菲律賓衛生部已經對這家醫院和值班護士，展開調查。
