越南排華 我外交部強烈譴責

中越油田爭議演變成排華衝突，甚至波及台商，我外交部發言人高安今晚表示，中華民國外交部強烈譴責暴力，呼籲越南人民自制，不要採非理性的行為，破壞我台商廠房和設備，甚至波及我們人身安全，不僅會影響我方投資意願，更會傷害雙邊人民友好關係。

高安表示，外交部已向越南駐台代表表達嚴正關切，我駐越南代表處和駐胡志明辦事處也啟動緊急應變機制，並洽越南公安部高層處理，請其火速派員維持秩序並保護台商人身安全；越方也已經出動鎮暴警察及軍隊趕往平陽。
