電腦經常藍色畫面是甚麼問題

電腦三不五時就會整個當機藍色畫面
不知道是甚麼問題是否有高手能幫我看看
電腦是蠻舊的了
記憶體有4條1G
硬碟有使用工具測試過了沒問題
記憶體前天也有下載工具
但是他測試一條就要一個小時多
我測完一條就放棄了
側第一條都沒有錯誤
我是會開線上遊戲順便逛網頁
CPU都在100%左右~這也會是個原因嗎?
要藍畫面之前我有發現是在開網頁或者關網頁的時候發生的
