【更新】綠營霸佔主席台　杯葛院會

立法院院會今天預定處理議程包括提高罷免技術門檻，被稱為「反割闌尾條款」的《公職人員選罷法》修正案、以及行政院版等7版本《兩岸協議監督條例》草案復議案。早上7點40分左右議場門一開，台聯黨團3位立委就入場佔據主席台，民進黨立委將近9點時也陸續加入戰局，佔據議場前方，會議主席則尚未進入主席台。

台聯黨團在主席台擺出「落實民權，反對調高罷免門檻」標語，發言台前方放置「面對民意，可割可棄」、「民意當空氣，乾脆當騜帝」標語。民進黨團則擺出「鳥籠罷免法，閹割人民罷免權利」、「可恥國民黨，閹割民權，修法提高罷免難度怕什麼？」等標語。（黃揚明／台北報導）
