本報訊

（中央社烏克蘭頓內茨12日綜合外電報導）烏克蘭東部盧甘斯克州的叛軍宣告，當地已獨立。

叛軍今天在盧甘斯克市（Luhansk）的1項集會宣讀這項宣言；先前他們表示，昨天公投有96%選票支持獨立。

在僅1個小時之前，毗鄰的頓內茨州（Donetsk）分離分子也宣告獨立，但同時要求加入俄羅斯。(中央社)
