北大西洋公約組織(NATO)秘書長Rasmussen周四敦促俄羅斯，不要在烏克蘭採取任何可能增加該政治衝突地區緊張的行動。

在自己的推特網頁中，Rasmussen說：「我擔心克里米亞的發展。我敦促俄羅斯，不要採取任何會升高緊張或造成誤解的行動。」

周四上午，因武裝人員進入克里米亞地方政府大樓，並升起了俄羅斯旗幟，烏克蘭危機因而加劇。

事件發生後，烏克蘭代理總統警告，除了在Sevastopol的俄羅斯黑海艦隊外，俄羅斯軍隊任何在克里米亞的行動，都將被視為是侵略行為。

同時，華爾街日報報導，德國國防部長Ursula von der Leyen說，「脫離烏克蘭」必須加以避免，近來的發展，讓我們極為擔憂。
