高雄聯合稽查火鍋業者 未查獲違規

「鼎王」被爆料麻辣鍋湯底原料不實，高雄市衛生局除了上星期到「鼎王」高雄店稽查外，今天(2月27日)並動員稽查轄區內的其他各家知名火鍋店，一共稽查12家，查核店內所用食材與宣稱是否相符，衛生局表示查核結果都與規定相符。

高市衛生局呼籲食品業者應如實標示，切勿宣稱不實，以免觸法。也呼籲民眾如果有食品安全衛生問題，隨時都可以向衛生局反應。
