單件家具達50萬 須課奢侈稅

財政部北區國稅局表示，每件家具銷售價格達50萬元者，應課徵特種貨物及勞務稅；整批或整組家具進口或銷售額達50萬元以上，但每件金額未達50萬元者，即非屬特種貨物及勞務稅課稅範圍。

北區國稅局舉例說明，民眾購買房屋入住前，通常會添購家具，像是桌、椅、櫥、櫃及床等等，如果購買家具每件金額未達50萬元，因非屬特種貨物及勞務稅課徵範圍，即不需擔心被課徵奢侈稅。國稅局也呼籲，在中華民國境內銷售、產製及進口家具的營業人，每件銷售價格或完稅價格達50萬元以上者，仍應依規定報繳特種貨物及勞務稅，勿存僥倖心態，一旦被查獲，即會依照特種貨物及勞務稅條例第23條規定，除補徵稅款外，並按所漏稅額處3倍以下罰鍰。
