【更新】赴日春遊要小心　「真蜱」已殺21人

日本衛生部門指出，民眾因接觸真蜱而感染「發熱伴血小板減少綜合症（SFTS）」的案例在去年爆發後，累積至今已有21人死亡，呼籲民眾到郊外遊玩時要注意。

據日本NHK報導，SFTS是在2011年於中國發現，已被確認為人畜共通的病毒所導致的疾病，去年在日本爆發首例以來，目前已有53人感染，21人死亡。由於春天腳步已近，恐是真蜱繁殖高峰期，當局呼籲民眾到郊外遊玩時要小心，做好防護以免被叮咬而感染。

「發熱伴血小板減少綜合症」俗稱蜱蟲病，真蜱為主要傳播媒介。被叮咬後會出現紅腫、皮疹等現象，並伴隨噁心、嘔吐、食慾不振等情形，以發燒及血小板和白血球減少為主要病徵。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
