"20140217 公視晚間新聞－預付卡未抵話費 民控遭坑錢" 我的理解是: 用180元買了1GB傳輸量， 然後期限內我用了比如說500MB， 我剩下500MB的傳輸沒用完。 於是，電信業者必須退回90元到我的帳戶? 比如說，我話費原本剩100元可以打電話， 到最後應該要有190元話費餘額? 以上，是我的理解。 但問題來了，幾家業者有誰能做到上述的退回90元動作? 抑或是我對新聞內容有所誤解? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.34.156.223
