蕭姓男子被控與盧姓人妻上床，在檢方偵訊時供稱與盧女每3天做愛一次，先後嘿咻32次，被起訴後改口說頂多6次。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，法官調查，蕭男民國101年與盧女因宗教信仰結識，雖然盧女與張姓老公在同年12月5日已離婚，但與蕭男通姦期間是101年8月間到同年12月4日。蕭男供稱，與盧女每3天做愛一次，先後共嘿咻32次，但被起訴後，擔心被一罪一罰，改口說罹患糖尿病、心臟病，頂多6次。法官不採信，認定蕭男犯相姦罪32次，各判刑4月，可易科罰金，應執行有期徒刑10月，如易科罰金，須繳30萬元才不用坐牢。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
