文具標示不清　誠品何嘉仁在列

開學文具商品熱賣，但新北市消保官及經發局，日前共抽檢包括525件商品，今公布稽查結果，發現有73件違反《商品標示法》規定，不合格率近14%，違規事項以未標示主要用途最多，另何嘉仁、誠品販售特殊性文具螢光筆未標示有效日期，也遭消保官揪出缺失。
 
消保官陳世欽說，特殊性文具商品像是螢光筆、修正液、剪刀、圖釘這些具有化學性或危險性的商品，更須要特別標示成分、使用方法及警告標示，才能讓消費者安心使用，已下令業者限期改善，否則可依法處2萬20萬罰款，提醒消費者選擇符合商品標示文具用品，維護自身權益。（方佳怡／新北報導）
