日月明功靈修虐死案 傳21人3人改列被告

彰化地檢署擴大偵辦詹姓高中學遭虐殺致死案，今天再度傳訊與日月明功有關的二十一位人士，其中有三人涉嫌參與或隱匿不報改列被告，並不排除進一步針對陳巧明進行心神鑑定，希望能夠突破瓶頸、釐清案情。

彰化和美鎮知名古宅「默園」，在六月份發生離奇命案，就讀高三詹姓學生疑受虐致死，案發後死者母親黃芬雀雖一肩扛起，坦承獨自管教過當致死；然而經承辦檢察官李秀玲鍥而不捨追查下，終於攻破在押主嫌黃芬雀心防，陸續供出日月明功負責人陳巧明涉嫌主導，並有劉享易、許愛珍夫妻、林甫朋與吳仁甫等五人都涉嫌教唆或參與捆綁、虐打被害者，導致傷重與多重器官衰竭致死，經檢方近一步追查後，全案在新年一開始又有擴大的跡象，再度指揮彰化警分局將與日月明功有關，或是與命案相關共二十一位人士傳訊到案，經初步偵訊後，襄閱主任檢察官黃智勇表示，其中有三人涉嫌參與或隱匿不報而改列被告。

而檢方在針對死者母親進行心神鑑定後，也將事情節需要，並不排除針對陳巧明也進行鑑定，希望能夠突破瓶頸、釐清案情。黃智勇主任表示，全案列被告人數已增加到十四人，至於陳巧明是否涉嫌主使，構成「集體虐殺」罪責，承辦檢察官將持續依事證究辦。（攝影：李河錫）
