蘭潭彈藥庫炊事意外 調查出爐

陸軍第十軍團所屬嘉義市蘭潭彈藥庫元旦發生炊事不慎士兵灼傷意外，軍方今天完成調查，意外原因是黃姓士兵伙房工作違反作業程序疏忽造成，將加強訓練避免再釀意外。

十軍團表示，炊事煮灶標準作業是先拿引火棒再放瓦斯，昨晚志願役黃姓一兵準備晚餐炊事，未按作業程序，先放瓦斯再拿引火棒，導致灶瓦斯密閉充滿，引燃回火造成黃姓一兵兩小腿皮肉輕度灼傷，通報消防局送嘉基治療無大礙，隨後並連絡黃姓一兵家人前往探視。
