熱水管用不到一年就漏水正常嗎?

版上先進們大家好&新年快樂!
想跟大家請教一個問題，
我家一樓因為原本沒有熱水管，
所以就趁新建廁所時順便鋪設了熱水管，
結果用了一年左右在旁邊的牆壁發現有滲水現象，
研判應該是熱水管漏水，
(補充說明：因為把熱水出口開關關閉後就不再滲水故而有此判斷)
但目前牆壁未鑿開(因為假日找無工人可做)所以也不知道實際情況如何?

當初做的廠商說是可能因為熱脹冷縮，
我問他為什麼才用一年就這樣，
他說是運氣問題....

因為自己是門外漢，
所以想請教前輩們這真的是運氣問題嗎?
還是當初施工可能有哪些地方做不好造成的呢?
