年後轉職潮　代銷業釋職缺搶人

【王筱君／台北報導】農曆年後常有一波轉職潮，但近年代銷產業多有長期徵才需求，近期包括甲山林廣告、新聯陽實業與創意家行銷皆陸續有職缺釋出。新理想廣告原定農曆年面試新人，職缺將在報紙廣告或人力銀行網站上刊登，包括專案、業務與儲備幹部約20人。
 
新理想廣告總經理黃正忠透露，會優先錄取有仲介相關經驗者，「房仲業習慣單打獨鬥，抗壓性高，轉戰代銷業成長空間大。」
